The last thing that made me laugh REALLY hard…
The last thing that made me laugh really hard….the “bring tears to your eyes” kind of laugh…the kind that leaves you flopping on your sofa, gasping for oxygen…
…was this scene from “Couples Retreat”.
Seriously. Ok, so the movie in total wasn’t the funniest…or best… I’ve seen, despite the great cast…but there were two scenes…one at the beginning, and one at the end….
Why is it so funny?
Because, if you are a parent, you can easily see this happening.
Oh, the mortification…
(The lead in is a little long on this video…but stay with it.)
I thought my husband was going to hyperventilate.
Really.
Because at the start of the movie, the little guy peed in that same toilet. I know.
Potty humor. So low.
I know.
But. You know. You can see it happening with your in-the-process-of-toilet-training child, can’t you?
You really can.

Hahaha! SO glad I’m not the only one who thought that scene was hilarious! It is all the more funny when you realize that you could be that parent, trying to escape the home goods store before the clerk catches on!

well, if I had paid full price to see it at the theater, I would have been disappointed….but “free” on our movie channel….totally funny, if only for those two scenes. And classic Jon Favreau/Vince Vaughn exchanges.
